Was able to quickly get my mail forwarding/ change of address ID verification done here. Staff was friendly and quick, by NYC USPS standards at least. Plenty of self service machines as well, rare 5 star usps experience

I don’t understand why most of the staff in USPS are horrible in every location. Are they only hiring bad attitude humans? But today both ladies are very nice and work hard on the holidays!!
